Kayley serves as the contract manager specializing in technology projects. She manages the contract drafting, approval, and negotiation process for the consortium’s technology projects, focusing on the procurement of products and services for digitally-based initiatives such as the Test Delivery System, the Reporting and Data Warehouse, and the Digital Library, among others. As part of her role, she regularly coordinates with UCLA Purchasing, consortium members, and vendors to ensure that each technology contract meets the needs of the consortium and is being serviced by vendors according to their legal obligations. Kayley previously worked as a business analyst for research firm IBISWorld, where she wrote analytical reports providing procurement professionals with information about the competitive environments of different product and service markets to help them gain leverage during negotiations. Kayley earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
Kayley lives in Los Angeles, CA with her cat, Annabeth.
