Your state/territory is responsible for test administration, scoring, and reporting student test results for summative and interim assessments. Your state/territory also manages access to Tools for Teachers and training on using the assessment system. If you have a question about your student’s score report, please contact your student’s school. Smarter Balanced staff does not have access to student test scores. For more information about Smarter Balanced scaled scores and achievement levels, see our Reporting Scores page.

If you’re experiencing technical problems with a Smarter Balanced system including the summative assessments, interim assessments, and the Digital Library, please contact your state education agency or District Test Coordinator. These systems are managed individually by member states/territories, not by Smarter Balanced directly.
